Yay!

So, guess what? Two months and 4,100 pages later, today I finished the Harry Potter series! YAY! They were awesome books! Seeing as I have nothing better to do with my boring life, I'm reading them again. I know! But after knowing what happens and having a few questons answered, I can look at the story a different angle. It's pretty fun, and who cares if I'm reading a story again. I'll probably still get excited at good parts and laugh at funny parts!

Update

So I haven't written in 3 weeks, an NO I didn't fall off the face of the earth. I just didn't write for some reason... Anyways things are good. School started a few weeks ago and it's pretty good. I have my friend, Aly, in my class, which was a sigh of relief because most of my school friends moved to different schools last year.

Also, since it's been a while, I thought I'd let you know that I finished the second book of Harry Potter, got the third one at Barnes and Noble, finished it, ordered the rest of the books and I just finished the fourth one. YAY

...

Ok, after the new Harry Potter came out, I went into a bit of a craze! I've watched all the movies like a billion times, and I started the first book last Monday, finished it Thursday or Friday, started the second book, and I'm pretty close to finishing it, too! I'm hoping to go and buy the rest of the books at Barnes and Noble or something so i can finish reading them. When I get into those books, I find myself reading at hours on end! It's like reading a whole different story, because in the movies, they cut everything out and in the books, they go further into the story, and sometimes, you find things out the they don't say in the movies that would've been nice to know! Why do I love these books so much? I don't know!

If you don't like reading (most the time I don't! Which it pretty sad) look for something you're into! You'll find it alot more fun and interesting!

HARRY POTTER!

Today we went and saw Harry Potter! Recently, I've been watching the movies alot, so I was really excited to watch one that was new. It's funny how in the previews they say something about the movie and put certain scenes togother to make it look like it's going to be different than what it turns out to be. Anyways, it was a really long movie, but I enjoyed it. There are some parts where you're just like WHAT?!?!?!?! And at the end it didn't end of the movie, it just leaves you hanging like WHATS GONNA HAPPEN NEXT?! Anyways it was pretty cool. I'd give it an eight or maybe a nine out of ten.

Girls Camp Continued

These are pretty much random pictures from camp, but excuse me for not taking pictures of event during girls camp but ones when I had my camera. Above is a cute bow that was on our mail things and and girls took them off for their hair. So yeah.

This is Theodore. Don't hate on the name, I didn't name him. We had like 4 or 5 squirrels around our cabin the last 2 days and they were cute.

This is the veiw from the loin king rock!

So there's a rock a little up the mountain by our cabin thats like the rock on the lion king. So we would go and hang out there when we had free time. You just saw the picture of me standing on it, in case you were confused.

Rachel. I din't know what to say about this one.
So now that you've seen this pictures from camp, I'll tell you about it. Monday I got up at 4:30 AM and got ready to go. The Buses were supposed to leave from the church and 6:30, but when that time came we found out they went to the wrong church building. So we waited around for forever. Then they finally come and we get on the bus.
When we finally got to camp, the got off the bus and they took our stuff out of the buses. then we had to walk a ways and across a bridge to accually get to Orchard camp. Imagine walking up and down hills and across bridges with a big bag full of stuff, a pillow full of stuff we needed during the buss ride and a sleeping bag, all in ONE trip. It wasn't the eaisest task in the world, but none of us died, so it worked out ok.
So we get there, decorate our cabin, ate lunch, and went to our first class, which was first aid. Then we went to music, scripture study, then dinner. That night was the Values Pagent. Then we looked at the stars. I wasn't feeling good that night at all and all I wanted to do was go to bed.
Tuesday Morning we had Crafts and Service classes. In crafts we made cute keychains, and in service we glued on patches for a certain type of quilt we were making for a womens shelter. That afternoon we did spa day, and you saw the nice picture of Brother W. with ask on his face and braids in his hair. We did pedicures, hair nails and face mask that day. That night we did a movie. It was cool, but I forget the name of it.
On Wednesday we had nature and sports. In nature we did something thats kinda like a scavender hunt with GPS's. We had to find water, a hill a big rock and a garden. Ours was the hardest and we came in second place. Not bad. That afternoon, we did team building sports. The first thing we did was where you stand on a platform thing that is on tubes and you have to stand in it and roll it to a certain place. The second thing we did was you stand on a sheet thing and you all have to stand on it and somehow flip it over whitout getting off. The third thing we did was there were a bunch of triangle things (i dont know how to describe it) kinda like a net hanging in the air and each person has to get through it and each triangle can only be used once so people have to lift you up and help you through and the person that went before you kinda has to catch you. The fourth this we did was we threws hatchets and knives at tree stumps. The fitch this was the spool. It was a giant spool in the air and it spins and you have to go over it. And the Sixth this we did was the wall. This thing was well over 10 feet high and you have to climb over it but there was nothing to hold on to so your team mates had to lift you up by your feet and the person that went before you had to help pull you up. For the last person, we had to hold on to 2 people legs while they went over the wall head first to reach for the last person. That one was my favorite. Also that night we did the Hot rod program, which was basicly the iron rod. So they blind folded us and we had to follow the rod and people would try to get us off by saying come with me I'll help you around the big rock coming up ahead or something. And at the ened there was a christmas tree with handouts and cd's on it. For all of the girls this was an unforgetable experience.
On Thursday was our hike. We climbed to the top of Mount Meg, Thats the tall one by camp. its was rocky and slippery and scary, especially coming down. SO SCARY! That night was bishops night. Dad had to do bushops night fear factor. they fed him baby food, made them do an ice cream eating race and made them shove s many marshmellows in their mouths and they could fit and say Fluffy Bunny. That Night was our skits too, and in ours, i was Darth vader. I got a few laughs. But I have to say, 1st ward skit was pretty funny when it said "Wait, that's not a wolf, IT'S JACOB"(you know from twilight) and everyone laughed.
The next day we came home!
This year was awesome, and I'm really excited to go back and sad its over.

Tribute to Keith (our old 98' Toyota Corolla)

Yes, I know... Keith is a car. But he was an awesome car. Are family got this car when I was like 3, and it was our family car for ages! My mom drove it, then my dad drove it to work, then they gave it to Kim. Then we had to get a new bumber (I'll try not to tell too many stories). Poor Keith. We recenty sold Keith. It was hard, even Kim cried. I still remember getting stuck between the seats of that darn cramped car when I was 4. Fighting over the ONE cup holder with Kim when we stopped for lunch on long trips. I would post old picture of me and Keith (me getting stuck between Keith's seats and balling my eyes out. Hey, I was 4!). I miss ya Keith!

Yes, it's pretty lame I don't have much to talk about, but I'm sure this was somewhat interesting!

Girsl camp 2009

Our Stake got back from girls camp yesterday. The theme this year was road to Virtue. Camp was really fun! There are always ups and downs about camp. You get to be with your friends for a week, but you only get one shower (yuck!)

This is Miranda, Chelsie, Shelbi, and me at the Veranda ready to eat!

This was our ward on tuesday. We made ward shirts.

Brother W. took the ward pics and every pic he took he just had to take a pic of himself!

Brother W. on spa day. He fell asleep there.

This was our cabin. Turns out this was the cabin my sis stayed in.

My buddies the first day.

This was on the bus the way there. I love this pic. If you can guess why you win.

Me and Haley on the bus. She looks like she's gonna kill someone and I look clueless.
More pics to come.....
